Thermal imaging pinpoints differences in temperature. For instance a hot breaker in an electric panel is a different color than a cold breaker. Cold is good. Hot is not. But the only way you can detect a hot breaker is with a thermal image.
Next to our camera, the most important tool we use is our TI Camera.
These cameras are expensive, which is why few inspectors have them, and those that do, typically charge $125 for the service.
We do it for free because its the only way you get a complete inspection.
