A few years ago we developed a Lunch & Learn for Real Estate Professionals, designed to help them answer difficult questions asked by their buyers about home construction or defects commonly found in a home: We (creatively) called it "Answering Tough Questions." Clever, right?

Since then we have presented it to over 1200 agents in 33 offices city-wide to very favorable reviews. A number of Brokers asked us if we had a video version to share with the agents who couldn't make our live presentation. 

At the time, we didn't. Now we do. This is it.
